The Statement of PS3 For Sale

Seeing newspaper ads and community board posts stating a PS3 for sale makes me reminisce about earlier versions of the Playstation. I recently came across my PS1 and thought about selling it to one of those used game exchange stores. After looking into the idea I realized the PS1 is so outdated they no longer accept business for the PS1. Seeing people sell their PS3 already through second-hand means tells me the PS3 market could be expecting a draught within today's already troubling economy. The only other idea that comes to mind is that Sony isn't supplying their market with enough games to keep their customers happy; and I doubt that.
